MyAXA - Documents

  • Where should I send my documents for my car insurance?

    The easiest way to send us your documents is to take a clear photo of each item, then you can simply upload them through;

    You can also send them by email to axadocuments@axa.ie, drop them into your local branch or send them by post to:

    From time to time we may request to see the original documentation. If you've been asked to send in the originals, you can drop into your local branch or send them to the address above.

  • Where can I find my Home Insurance documents?

    You can view and download all documentation relating to your home insurance in your MyAXA Account.

    You can also request your documents through our document request form.

  • If I buy Car or Home Insurance online, when will i get my documents?

    Your policy documents will be available once the initial payment is made and you can download them through your MyAXA account. If you haven't got an account you can easily register for MyAXA.

    You can also download your documents through express self-service, all you need is your policy number, email address and date of birth.

    Please note: You will also receive your documents in the post within 5 working days.

  • I can't see my Certificate on MyAXA?

    You can access your Certificate of Insurance from the My Documents section of your MyAXA account

    If you can't see your Certificate there could be a technical issue so please get in touch on 0818 7 365 24 so we can help you troubleshoot the problem.

  • What happens when I choose digital documents?

    When you choose digital documents, you’ll get some of your documents, including your renewal documents by email. We’ll send them to the email address associated with your policy at least 20 days before your renewal is due.

    This means you will no longer get a printed copy delivered in the mail. If you haven’t received your renewal documents, you should check your junk inbox.

    Why should I choose digital documents?

    Choosing digital documentation means you’ll have access to your documents in your inbox, and don’t have the worry of misplacing them or waiting on the post.

    My documents are password protected, how do I open it?

    For your security, your documents are password protected. The password is the policy holders date of birth which should be entered as DDMMYYYY.

    Where can I get my other policy documents?

    All your policy documents, including your insurance cert and disc are available in your MyAXA account. You can also request your documents through this document request form. Alternatively, call us on 0818 7 365 24 or drop into your local branch.

    Note: your documents will be available in MyAXA after you renew.

  • Can I upload my claims documents in MyAXA?

    Yes, you can upload your claims documents in your MyAXA account. Take a photo of each item, unless the original document is requested, and upload them in the claims section of your MyAXA account.

    Login to your MyAXA account to upload your claims documents.

    If you've been asked to send the original documents, you should send them to:
