When you choose digital documents, you’ll get some of your documents, including your renewal documents by email. We’ll send them to the email address associated with your policy at least 20 days before your renewal is due.
This means you will no longer get a printed copy delivered in the mail. If you haven’t received your renewal documents, you should check your junk inbox.
Why should I choose digital documents?
Choosing digital documentation means you’ll have access to your documents in your inbox, and don’t have the worry of misplacing them or waiting on the post.
My documents are password protected, how do I open it?
For your security, your documents are password protected. The password is the policy holders date of birth which should be entered as DDMMYYYY.
Where can I get my other policy documents?
All your policy documents, including your insurance cert and disc are available in your MyAXA account.
You can also request your documents through this document request form. Alternatively, call us on 0818 7 365 24 or drop into your local branch.
Note: your documents will be available in MyAXA after you renew.
