AXA Plus Data Protection information

How it works

AXA Plus, our customer loyalty programme, is a value-added service for existing AXA customers. It allows you to save money with leading retailers on various products and services such as electrical items, DIY goods, car accessories, travel and more (our offers may change from time to time without notice). For more information on AXA Plus, please visit axa.ie/axaplus or email us at axaplus@axa.ie.

When you take out a new insurance policy we will send you an AXA Plus start up pack containing your AXA Plus loyalty card. If you provide an email address when you purchase your insurance policy we may also send you an email to assist you with signing up to the service. You can also sign up by going to axa.ie/axaplus.

We will use other personal details, such as your name, email address, county of residence and policy number, to manage your membership of this programme. We will also use your email address to send you our regular newsletter. We will also gather details of your use of the AXA Plus service, including details of which retailers you use, which products and services you purchase and which competitions you enter. This is in order to analyse and better understand your and our other customers’ needs in relation to our AXA Plus service and to provide you with more relevant offers. We may also combine your AXA Plus information with your policy information to help provide you with more relevant offers.

If you enter an AXA Plus competition, we will use the details you provide us in your entry form to process your entry. In the event that you win, certain limited details about you (such as name and county of residence) may be published in our newsletter and on our AXA Plus competition winners page.
