    When AXA does well, one way we like to say thanks to our employees and share AXA’s success is by paying a bonus. All of our employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus payment each year, dependent on individual and company performance. We carry out a review each year to carefully consider our pay levels.

    We value our time away from work as an important part of work-life balance. Holiday entitlement starts at a minimum of 21 days (plus bank holidays) depending on your role.
