To help us best deal with your claim please read the statement below that applies to you:
I need a recovery vehicle
If you have had an accident and need immediate help with a recovery vehicle, please call us on 0818 7 365 24 or 00353 1 858 3200.
My car has broken down
If your vehicle has broken down and you have Motor Rescue cover, please call us on on 0818 7 365 24 or 00353 1 858 3200.
My car is safe to drive
If your car is safe to drive and you do not need a recovery vehicle, please use our online form to tell us about your claim and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Tracking your claim
If you would like to track the progress of your claim please login to your MyAXA account for an immediate update. If you don’t have a MyAXA account you can track your claim online through ManageYourClaim.
If you would prefer to speak to somebody about your claim you can call us on 0818 7 365 24, but please be aware that wait times may be longer than usual.
Please let us know if you are health worker, provide care for others or are an emergency service worker. Where possible, we will prioritise your claim to ensure that you are back on the road as soon as possible.

Check your cover
You can remind yourself of what your policy covers by checking your schedule and statement of fact. These documents were posted to your address and can also be found in your MyAXA account.
Log in to MyAXAReport your claim
You can report your claim online or through MyAXA. You can also call us on 0818 7 365 24.
Report a claimFind an approved garage
Did you know that by choosing an AXA-approved garage you can save up to €100.
Find a garageTrack your claim
Check in on the progress of your claim and upload photos or related documents to your MyAXA account. If you don’t have a MyAXA account you can track your claim online through ManageYourClaim.

If you need someone to discuss the claim on your behalf, you may do so by giving your permission in writing. Fill out our permission slip and return it by email to ie-claims-dept@axa.ie.
